Introduction – What’s in it for me?

The integration with the Opera Cloud Property Management System via the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP) enables an automated exchange of booking and guest data with your Guestnet platform. This digitises and streamlines processes such as check-in, check-out, and invoice display – delivering a modern guest experience while reducing manual work at the front desk.

How to set up the Opera Cloud module

ℹ️ You can connect Opera Cloud directly by yourself. A detailed guide can be found in our article on the integration.

Below is an overview of the requirements needed for integration:

Requirements for the connection:

  • A Client ID, Client Secret, Enterprise ID, Hotel ID & Gateway URL provided by Opera Cloud

  • Enabled access to the required OHIP APIs (e.g. Reservation, Guest Profile, Financials)


FAQ about the module

Which data is synchronised?

The following data is transmitted as part of the integration between Guestnet and Opera Cloud:

Reservation Data:

  • Name

  • Stay period

  • Email address

Guest Data from Forms (e.g., Pre-Check-in):

  • Name

  • Address

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Email

  • Phone number

Once your Guestnet is extended with the Guest Login module, your guests can conveniently use the login function.
