Reservation-specific control

Process
The guest opens the Self-Checkout in Guestnet.
All open items are automatically combined into one invoice.
The invoice is paid directly in the system.
After the payment, the guest immediately receives a confirmation in Guestnet as well as a payment confirmation by email.
You also receive a payment confirmation.
In ASA, the receipt is printed automatically.
As soon as the guest checks out, the room is also checked out automatically.
Additional payment for new outstanding items
After a successful payment, the invoice is closed. If new outstanding items are added afterwards, for example through another order, the guest can pay these again via Guestnet.
Depending on the PMS, this is handled differently: Click here to check out your PMS article.
