Open the backend section Guestapp > Kids Pass
Define the age groups with minimum and maximum ages
Set up the form fields and their types (mandatory fields, groups)
Test the process with a test booking or preview

Attendance can be adjusted directly via the toggle switch:
Grey toggle: the child is not in the Kids Club
Green toggle: the child is in the Kids Club
