Introduction – What does this module bring me?

The Voucher module helps you offer your guests an easy and convenient way to order vouchers directly via Guestnet. It provides a modern, contactless experience – directly integrated into your Guestnet platform.

Function overview

These functions are available in the Voucher module:

  • Order form directly on Guestnet for voucher ordering

  • Individual input of voucher value, recipient, and personal message

  • Sending voucher orders directly by e-mail via the voucher module

  • Possibility to integrate external voucher modules (on request)

How to set up the Voucher module

  1. Open the backend area Guestapp > Voucher

  2. Define the intro text in the admin area and set it in the desired languages
    ​

  3. Check the e-mail notifications for incoming voucher orders

  4. Optional: Have it checked whether your external voucher module can be integrated into Guestnet

  5. Test the process with a test order or preview
    ​

External Voucher Modules

We offer you the possibility to directly integrate external voucher modules into your system. This way, ordered vouchers are automatically and seamlessly embedded. For each integration, we require different data and access depending on the provider.

Please note that costs may be incurred by the partner for the use of the widget.

ADDITIVE

For the integration of Additive, we require the corresponding widget codes. Please request these directly from Additive and send us the codes so that we can perform the integration for you.

BRANDNAMIC VOUCHER APP

For the integration of the Brandnamic Voucher App, we require the corresponding widget code, which is usually provided to us directly by Brandnamic.

GETAVO

For the integration of Getavo, we also require widget codes. You can request these directly from Getavo and send them to us.

INCERT

To integrate the Incert voucher system, we require the direct link to your voucher shop. Please request this link from Incert and forward it to us for the implementation of the integration.

WEBSLINE

For the integration of the Websline voucher system, we also require widget codes. Please request these directly from Websline and send us the codes so that we can carry out the integration for you.

VIOMA VOUCHER

To integrate your vioma voucher into your Guestnet, please send us the corresponding HTML code. We will then take care of the integration.

FAQ about the module

Does the guest need to be logged in to use the module?

No, access is possible without login.

Note: If it has been specified in the main menu that the module is only visible to logged-in guests, it can only be viewed by registered users.

Are the data stored?

Yes, all voucher orders are retrievable in the backend and linked to the guest account.
