Introduction – What does this module do for you?
With the Quick-Feedback Mail module, you receive direct feedback from your guests during their stay.
The automated mail is sent after the first night, so you find out early whether everything is okay or if something can be improved.
This not only strengthens satisfaction but also the bond with your guests.
Function Overview
Quick-Feedback Mail is part of the My Vacation module (can be activated separately) and offers you:
Automatic email on the day after arrival
Automated response, depending on positive or negative feedback (individually customizable)
Freely selectable recipient address for the replies
How to set up the Quick-Feedback Mail module
Open the My Stay section in the backend
Click on Settings under Quick-Feedback Mail
There you can:
Edit subject, message text, and button text of the mail
Customize response texts for positive and negative feedback
Define the email address to which the feedback will be sent

What happens if guests stay only one night?
What happens if guests stay only one night?
In that case, no feedback mail is sent. Only guests who stay longer than one night will receive the mail.

The mail is sent to the address stored under Current Stays for the main room guest.
