Introduction – What are the benefits of integrating Mollie?

Mollie helps you enable direct online payments for activities or bookings. It provides a modern, contactless payment experience – fully integrated into your Guestnet platform.

These functions are available in the Mollie module:

  • Integration of the Mollie payment provider

  • Direct guest payment via credit card

  • Automatic price calculation for activities

  • Flexible payment management in the Mollie account

  • Security through verified transactions

Optional: GDPR compliance, mobile optimization, automation of payment processes


How to set up the Mollie interface

  1. Write to [email protected] to have the payment function activated

  2. Once activated, go to Settings > Payments in the backend

  3. Link an existing Mollie account or create a new one

  4. Click on “Connect” to establish the connection

  5. After connecting, it may take up to 1 week for Mollie to activate the payment solution

  6. Once active, you can adjust the payment settings in Mollie under “View Account”

  7. Enable the “Online Payment” option for the desired activity so guests can pay directly


FAQ about the module

Does the guest need to be logged in to use the module?

No, online payment is also possible without prior login.

Are the payments saved?

Yes, all payments are visible in the Mollie account and linked to the guest account via Guestnet.

What happens if a guest cancels?

With online payment enabled, only the admin can cancel. Guests cannot cancel their registrations independently. Refunds are processed via the admin area.

Where can I view Mollie's pricing?

The current conditions can be found on the Mollie website.
