Can different start time grids be set for direct bookings and online bookings in the Wellness Planner?
Can different start time grids be set for direct bookings and online bookings in the Wellness Planner?
No, different start time grids for direct bookings and online bookings cannot be set independently.
For direct bookings, the desired time must be adjusted manually in a second step. This means that the treatment is first booked at an available time, and afterwards the booking is edited to enter the correct desired time.
Example: A guest wants to book a massage at 2:30 PM. However, the start time grid only allows bookings at 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM. The treatment is therefore initially booked at 2:00 PM. Afterwards, the booking is edited and the time is changed to 2:30 PM.
Can treatment packages be linked together?
Can treatment packages be linked together?
No, treatment packages cannot be linked.
Since they usually consist of multiple treatments, an automated transfer is not possible.
