The DialogShift Chat module allows you to communicate directly with your guests – easily, quickly, and digitally. The integrated chat enhances the guest experience by providing a modern, instant support channel during their stay.

Visible in the Quick Menu and as a persistent button at the bottom of the screen
Real-time communication with guests – mobile-friendly
Optional: GDPR-compliant, mobile-optimized, multilingual support via DialogShift
How to Set Up the DialogShift Chat
Send your DialogShift Client ID to: 📩 [email protected]
Our team will register the ID in the system for you
Once you receive confirmation, go to the backend:
Dashboard > Edit Main Menu > Quick ActionsActivate the chat via the green button
Use drag & drop to place the chat icon in your desired position

All chat conversations are handled according to DialogShift’s privacy policy. No data is stored within Guestnet.
