Introduction – What are the benefits of this module?

The APRO module helps you link your Room Service products and menu orders directly with your APRO point-of-sale (POS) system and manage orders more efficiently.
It enables automatic transfer of product information, seamlessly and contactlessly integrated into your Guestnet platform.

How to Set Up the APRO Module

  1. Contact your APRO sales representative to request your APRO API Key and Location ID.
    → These are not accessible through the APRO user interface.

  2. Send the APRO API Key and Location ID to:

  3. The Guestnet Support Team will store the data in your Guestnet installation and test the integration.

  4. Once activated, you can link individual Room Service products with APRO products by entering the corresponding ID.


FAQ about the Module

Can I activate the APRO interface myself?

No, activation must be carried out by the Guestnet Support Team after receiving your API Key and Location ID.

What is the "External ID" in products?

This is the unique product ID from APRO. You enter it in the product detail view in Guestnet to link it with the corresponding APRO product.


Want to integrate APRO?

APRO is an external interface that can be integrated into Guestnet. The integration itself is free of charge on Guestnet’s side – no additional fees apply from Guestnet.
