Introduction – What are the benefits of integrating KunLeiSys?

Integrating KunLeiSys allows you to provide your guests with a loyalty point account directly in their personal Guestnet area. This way, guests can easily check their point balance at any time – for a modern and personalized guest experience.

Feature Overview

These functions are available with the KunLeiSys integration:

  • Display of individual loyalty point accounts in the guest area

  • Direct connection to KunLeiSys via PMS interface

  • Automatic real-time point synchronization

Note: This integration is GDPR-compliant and fully mobile compatible.

How to integrate KunLeiSys

  1. Ensure that your PMS system's interface is active.

  2. Open the Backend, go to Settings, and select the Integrations section.

  3. Then choose Loyalty and select KunLeiSys.

  4. Enter the API credentials (username and password).

  5. Once KunLeiSys and Guestnet are successfully linked, KunLeiSys will appear in the Loyalty section as connected.

  6. Once KunLeiSys and Guestnet are successfully linked, we will inform you immediately.

  7. In the Guestnet backend, go to GuestApp > My Stay > Settings.
    Under Loyalty Program > New Registrations, make sure to insert the link in all supported languages.
    This ensures correct translation in the guest view.

FAQ

Does my PMS need to be compatible with KunLeiSys?

Yes, an active interface between your PMS and KunLeiSys is required to use the module.

Why is the content in the points system not displayed in translation?

The content in the points system is not translated automatically. To ensure that texts are correctly shown in other languages, they must be translated directly in KunLeiSys.

Does the guest need to be logged in to use the module?

Yes, the loyalty points account is only visible in the personal guest area.

Are the data stored?

Yes, all information is securely transmitted via the interface and displayed in the backend.

KunLeiSys is an external interface to Guestnet. Integration with Guestnet is free of charge – there are no additional fees from Guestnet. Please note that KunLeiSys may charge separately for its services.
