Introduction – What does the integration from AIDA offer me?

The AIDA interface helps you offer your guests a modern, digital stay. With the Pre Check-in Login, your guests can log in before arrival and manage important data – for a contactless and convenient guest experience directly integrated into your Guestnet platform.

These features are available with the AIDA integration:

If the Pre Check-in Login email is activated, AIDA must be informed how many days in advance this feature should be available. This can be set from 1 to 7 days.

How to set up the AIDA integration

Below is an overview of the requirements needed for integration:

By default, the data is synchronized every 30 minutes. However, this can be controlled by AIDA-X.
