Introduction – What does this interface offer me?

The CASABLANCA interface helps you offer your guests a modern, digital stay. With the Pre Check-in Login, your guests can log in before arrival and manage important data – for a contactless and convenient guest experience directly integrated into your Guestnet platform.

How to set up the CASABLANCA interface

ℹ️ You can connect CASABLANCA directly by yourself. A detailed guide can be found in our article on the integration.

Below is an overview of the requirements needed for integration:

Requirements for the connection:

  • A valid Password & URL to the PMS system provided by CASABLANCA

  • Web Check-in: If required, the CheckIn-Assistant module is needed in Casablanca.

  • Guest registration data: Requires either the PreCheckIn module or the CheckIn-Assistant.

  • Check-out: Requires the CheckOut-Assistant module.


FAQ about the CASABLANCA interface

What is the welcome email sending interval?

If the CASABLANCA interface and the welcome email are activated, the welcome email is always sent at minute 06, 26, and 47 of each hour – for example, at 10:06, 10:26, or 10:47.
