Introduction – What does this interface offer me?

The Elite interface helps you offer your guests a modern, digital stay. With login and pre check-in, your guests can register before arrival, view invoices per room, and see available SPA services – all conveniently via your Guestnet platform.

How to set up the Elite interface

ℹ️ PMS interfaces can currently only be connected by our Customer Success Team. We are already working on a solution for you to do this independently.

Below you find an overview of the requirements needed for the connection:

  • Client ID (Login)

  • Token (Password)

  • Hotel ID

Additional setup information

  • Customers: If you use the Elite interface with Guestnet, please let us know your contact person at Elite. We will then contact them to ensure the access data is set up correctly.
    Once you confirm the Elite offer, they will set it up on their side.

  • Partner: You will receive a user and a password/token from us by email, which must be stored in your system.

  • Access: Access should be restricted to Guestnet IP addresses. Here is the link to Guestnet’s current IP addresses.


FAQ about the Elite interface

How often is the data synchronized?

Data synchronization takes place in real time if the webhooks are set up correctly. If no webhooks are provided, synchronization occurs once a day.
