Introduction – What are the benefits of integrating LTS?
With the LTS interface, as an accommodation provider or destination in South Tyrol, you can integrate activities, events, points of interest, gastronomy, ski lifts and slopes from the TIC-Web system directly into Guestnet. You will always have up-to-date content – for example, event information – without any manual effort.
Key benefit: Automatic updating of relevant information for your guests, centrally maintained by your destination.

When your Guestnet is activated, we will enable the information for the region where your accommodation is located.

When are TIC-Web entries updated?
Updates take place automatically at fixed times:
Gastronomy (full import): every 2 days at 01:00
Gastronomy (changed data only): daily at 08:00
POIs and ski resorts (full import): every 2 days at 03:00
POIs and ski resorts (changed data only): daily at 07:00
Activities (full import): every 2 days at 02:40
Activities (changed data only): daily, hourly from 05:00 to 23:00
Events: daily at 00:00, 10:00, 13:00, 16:00 and 19:00
Note: The duration of an update depends on several factors, such as the amount of data to be updated, the time required to store the data in the database, the number of interface queries, and the response time of the interface.

If an entry appears as “open” in Guestnet although it is marked as “closed” in TICWEB, this is usually due to overlapping time periods in TICWEB. Please ensure that the “Open” and “Closed” periods in TICWEB do not overlap.
Can guests book events directly via Guestnet?
Can guests book events directly via Guestnet?
Yes. If the registration function is enabled for the event in TIC-Web, guests can book it directly via Guestnet.

LTS is an external interface to Guestnet. Integration into Guestnet is free of charge – there are no additional fees from Guestnet.
