With the export feature of your menu, you can quickly generate a PDF document from your digital menu. Ideal for guests without a mobile device or for display in rooms or the restaurant. You save double maintenance and still present your offers in a professional look.

Note: This export feature is available as an add-on to the Menu module and is not included in any standard package. It can be purchased separately.
How to export your menu
Trigger the export
After creating your menu, use the designated button to start the export.
PDF is generated automatically
The file will be created automatically and saved in your device’s download folder.
Add content for the export
Intro
While editing, you can add an intro to your menu. If configured, this will also appear in the export.
Additionally, the intro is displayed in the digital Guestnet menu.
Custom content
If supported by your configuration, you can add and update custom content flexibly:
Go to Menu > Settings > Own Content
Create a new category (if not yet available)
Click "New Entry" to add your desired text
Custom content is always linked to a category. You can change the assigned category under Settings > Settings.
Additional customization options
Replace icons
You want to customize icons for allergens or classifications in the printed menu?
Go to Menu > Settings > Allergens/Classification, edit the desired entry, and upload a new icon.
Replace separator element
You can also change the separator between courses or dishes. Go to the menu settings and upload a new separator element.

The menu will be generated correctly even without an intro or custom content. These fields are optional.
