How to create paid activities in the weekly program

Add price category

To specify different price categories, click on:

Settings > Price categories

A window opens where you can edit or delete existing price categories. You can create a new price category via the "+ New entry" button.

When creating a new price category, another window opens where you can add the price category and an additional description.

The already created price categories can be found in the respective activities under "Prices". There, you can assign prices to your defined price categories via "+ Add price category".


Prices – Online payment

If costs need to be charged for an activity, they can already be shown during the registration process.
The costs can be posted directly to the guest’s account via ASA or processed through a payment provider.

There is the possibility that the guest can pay directly by credit card after registration. For this, please contact [email protected] first to activate the payment function. Once this is done, the "Payments" area must be configured accordingly.

After everything is set up, the option "Online payment" must be activated during registration to enable payment.

If online payment is active, cancellation can only be done in the admin area. Guests cannot cancel the registration in the guest view. The amount can be refunded in the admin area.

Direct Posting to ASA

With ASA, it is possible to post activities directly to the room bill. To do this, the activity must be created in ASA as an extra with the corresponding price. The product Codex generated in ASA must then be entered in the activity in Guestnet.


Payment

If payment is activated and the registration was done via the admin area, the status of a paid guest can be changed to "Mark as paid".
