Introduction – What benefits does the integration from INNGuest offer me?

Thanks to this interface, your hotel guests can conveniently view their booked activities in the MyHoliday section of the Guestnet app. The advantage: you enhance guest comfort, reduce manual administrative work, and strengthen the digital experience throughout the stay.

FAQ

Can guests view their full room invoice via the interface?

No, in the current integration only weekly program registrations are visible. A full room invoice or payment via the Guestnet app is currently not available.
