Landing Page Wifi
To ensure the landing page loads correctly, the following requirement apply:
A Wi-Fi router (or equivalent infrastructure) that allows you to set a URL as a landing page, without being overridden by a captive portal on Android or iOS.
Note: The information provided serves as a technical recommendation. Coordination with the responsible network technician is required for the specific implementation and configuration.
Touchscreen
For using the Guestnet web app on touchscreens, the following requirements apply:
Touchscreen with HDMI interface
Digital signage device or mini PC (see recommended hardware)
Stable internet connection (a LAN connection is preferable to WLAN)
The general Guestnet web app can be accessed directly. Adding the parameter
?infoterminal=1activates additional functions.

Infoscreen
To set up a Guestnet infoscreen, you'll need:
Monitor or TV with HDMI input
Internet connection (LAN preferred over Wi-Fi)
Digital signage device or mini PC (see recommended hardware)

Device support depends on the series and firmware:
BrightSign Series 3 will no longer be supported from October 1, 2025
BrightSign Series 4 is supported but requires a firmware update
BrightSign Series 5 must be manually upgraded to Chromium 120 by a technician
