Introduction – What are the benefits of integrating Hoxell?

With the Hoxell integration, you connect Guestnet to a wide range of PMS systems via a central middleware. Hoxell automatically synchronizes reservation data and enables your guests to log in to the Guestnet app using their booking details. This reduces manual workload and ensures a seamless digital guest journey.

How to integrate Hoxell

ℹ️ The integration of Char can be carried out independently. A detailed guide can be found in our dedicated integration article.

  1. Contact Hoxell and request the connection of your PMS system to Guestnet

  2. Provide Hoxell with the necessary PMS access credentials

  3. Inform the Guestnet Customer Success Team about the planned integration

  4. After setup, a joint test will be conducted followed by activation

Is the integration subject to a fee?

For Advanced and Pro customers, the integration within Guestnet is free of charge. Please note that costs may be charged directly by Hoxell.

Who is my contact person for technical questions?

Hoxell is primarily responsible for setting up the interface. For questions regarding the display in Guestnet, our Customer Success Team will be happy to assist you.

Are all PMS functions automatically transferred?

No. Currently, Hoxell mainly synchronizes reservation data for guest login.

Hoxell is an external interface to Guestnet.
