The integration of Booking Experts connects your PMS directly with Guestnet and enables a fully digital guest journey. Your guests can access their personal area even before arrival and make bookings for their stay. During their stay, they have all bookings and information available digitally at any time.

How to integrate Booking Experts
Open the settings in Guestnet and navigate to the Integrations section
Add the Booking Experts integration
Install Guestnet as an app in Booking Experts by selecting “Install app”
You will be redirected to Booking Experts, where you can install Guestnet as an app. After installation, the required access credentials will be displayed. Enter these credentials in Guestnet
If you have forgotten the access credentials, you can easily regenerate them via the installed apps in Booking Experts. Simply click on “Reauthorize” – this will generate new credentials.
These will then need to be updated accordingly in the Guestnet backend.
Additional configuration in Booking Experts
Required fields
Open the user settings in Booking Experts and navigate to the Administration settings > Guests.
Define the required fields for the guest list
Ensure that one email address per guest is set as a required field
Optional: Activate additional required fields such as date of birth for extended features like children’s passes
Note: You decide whether the required fields apply only to the main guest or to all guests. This setting affects the creation of individual Guestnet accounts
Main guest only = Only this guest receives a personal access
All guests = If individual email addresses are stored per guest, each guest receives their own personal access
All adults = If children are traveling, no email address is required for them and only adults receive personal access
Invoice
Open the user settings in Booking Experts and nachigat to the Administations settings > Invoices.
Define the setting "Invoice created on confirmation".
This ensures that guests can always view their current room bill in Guestnet.
