How to integrate Chatlyn

  1. Open the backend and go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Navigate to Communication

  3. Select Chatlyn as your provider

  4. Enter your Chatlyn Inbox Identifier

Are chats automatically saved?

Chat history storage and management take place within Chatlyn.
