Introduction – What is this module for?
This module is intended for Guestnet customers who use multiple Guestnet accounts.
With Multi-Property, a main account can be set up. From this account, subordinate accounts can be accessed directly via the Hotel Switcher. This means it is no longer necessary to log in separately to each individual account.
In addition, activities from the weekly programme can be shared from the main account with subordinate accounts. If the same activities are used in multiple accounts, they do not need to be created separately in each account.
Feature overview
The following features are currently available with Multi-Property:
Setup of a main Guestnet account
Assignment of multiple subordinate Guestnet accounts
Switching between connected accounts via the Hotel Switcher
Access to subordinate accounts without a separate login
Sharing activities from the weekly programme with subordinate accounts
Individual Guestnet accounts can still be edited separately
Setup
Multi-Property is set up by our Customer Success Team.
Please let us know:
which Guestnet account should be the main account
which Guestnet accounts should be assigned as subordinate accounts
who should be granted access to the main account
After the setup is complete, the Hotel Switcher will be available in the main account.
Using the Hotel Switcher
Once Multi-Property has been set up, you can switch between the connected accounts in the admin area.
This is how the switch works:
Log in to the main Guestnet account.
Open the Hotel Switcher in the admin area.
Select the desired subordinate account.
You will be forwarded directly to this Guestnet account.
You can then edit the content as usual.

Sharing activities from the weekly programme
Activities from the weekly programme can be shared from the main account with subordinate accounts.
This is how sharing works:
Open the weekly programme in the main account.
Create a new activity or edit an existing activity.
Select the subordinate accounts for which the activity should be available.
Save the activity.
The activity will then be available for the selected subordinate accounts.
Note: The shared activities can only be edited in the main account. To make clear which activities are shared, we display a blue button "shared" and an eye icon at the end of the activity. The subordinate account can still create it's own activities which are then also editable.
Important to know
The Multi-Property structure must be set up by our Customer Success Team.
It must be defined in advance which account is the main account and which accounts are subordinate.
Subordinate accounts remain independent Guestnet accounts.
Access to subordinate accounts is handled through the main account.
Currently, activities from the weekly programme can be shared with subordinate accounts.
Other content is not automatically synchronized between accounts.
Support
