Shared Content Pages

Distribute Content Pages across your accounts

Written by Sophie Notdurfter

The Multi-Property account lets you distribute Content Pages centrally and make them visible in the respective subordinate accounts.

Sharing Content Pages with subordinate accounts

Content Pages can be shared from the main account with subordinate accounts.

Here's how sharing works:

  1. Create a new Content Page or edit an existing one in your Multi Property Account.

  2. In the "Distribution to hotels" section, select which subordinate accounts the Content Page should be available for.

  3. Save the Content Page.

The Content Page is then visible for the selected subordinate accounts.

Note: Shared Content Pages cannot be edited in subordinate accounts. Once saved, they are added right at the end of the guest view. The Main Menu also indicates that this Content Page originates from the head office. You can still create your own Content Pages in the subordinate account, and these remain accessible and editable only for that property.
