Introduction – What’s the Value of This Integration?

By integrating Apaleo with your Guestnet platform, you connect directly to Guestnet. This saves time, streamlines internal processes, and creates a seamless digital guest experience – without media disruptions or duplicate data entries.

How to set up the apaleo integration

ℹ️ Currently, PMS systems can only be connected by our Customer Success Team. We are working on a solution to make this possible to do independently in the future.

Once Support has been informed to enable the interface and it has been activated, the following steps must be completed in the Admin area:
Under MyHoliday → Settings, a note will appear indicating that the Apaleo account needs to be linked. Click the button there to be redirected to Apaleo.

Log in with your own Apaleo account and confirm the connection with Guestnet.
You will then be redirected back to Guestnet. If successful, the process is complete.

What happens if the connection fails?

Please check your login credentials and firewall settings. Our support team will be happy to assist you.

What data is transferred?

The following data is transmitted as part of the integration between Guestnet and Apaleo:

Reservation data:

  • Name

  • Stay period

  • Email address

Guest data from forms (e.g. pre-check-in):

  • Name

  • Address

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Stay-related information

How often is the data synchronized?

Data synchronization takes place in real time if the webhooks are correctly set up.
If no webhooks are configured, synchronization occurs once daily.
