Introduction – What does integrating Ecogy bring you?

With the Ecogy integration, Guestnet enables seamless control of E‑charging stations. Your guests can start, monitor, and stop charging sessions directly in Guestnet. Billing is handled automatically by Ecogy via your PMS-System.

How to Set Up theEcogy Module

Make sure that the PMS interface in Guestnet and the Electric Vehicle interface in Ecogy are activated.

Attached you will find an overview of the requirements needed for the connection.

Requirements for the connection:

  • Tenant ID provided by Ecogy

  • A compatible PMS

    • ASA -> activated EV interface

FAQ

What technical requirements are necessary?

You need an active and compatible PMS interface in Guestnet and compatible charging stations connected via Ecogy.

Who handles billing for charging sessions?

Billing is processed directly by Ecogy via your PMS-System.

Which modules do I need to use the Ecogy interface?

To use the Ecogy interface in Guestnet, you need the Guests Login module in combination with your compatible PMS-System.

Until when can guests use the e-charging station?

Guests can use the e-charging station until check-out.

How is a charging session billed if it starts before check-out but is only completed when driving off?

During an active charging session, a stop code appears. Guests can only check out once the charging has been interrupted. This ensures that all charged kilowatt-hours are billed correctly.

What can I do if no e-charging stations are visible in the guest view?

Please contact your e-charging station provider or responsible contact person. The data is transmitted externally and can only be checked and updated by them.
