To ensure your morning Mail prints correctly, the right print settings are essential – depending on whether you want to fold it once or twice. The folding is done physically during printing and affects the format and page setup.

Single Fold – A4 Portrait with Horizontal Fold
If your morning mail should appear in landscape format but only be folded once, apply the following settings:
Page size in settings: A4 Portrait
Print setting: Enable “2 pages per sheet”
Page selection: Choose “Custom” and manually enter the page order
The morning mail must still have the paper format A4 portrait in the settings, because the fold setting is applied during printing. The content is filled page by page in A4 portrait and the following print settings apply:
Important: Select “2 pages per sheet”. The order is then set under "Pages" by selecting “Custom” and entering the order of pages.
This configuration ensures that the content is displayed in the correct order and remains legible after a single fold.
Double Fold – A3 Landscape for Three-Column Layout
If you want to create a folded A3 morning mail with three columns, please note the following:
Page size in settings: A3 Landscape
Header setting: Disable “With Header”
Layout design: Create three equally wide columns, or insert multiple content blocks per column depending on the content length
This allows you to create 3 columns; you can either create one continuous column or multiple content blocks per column, depending on content length.
